The 64-year-old former TV star shared a heartfelt message with her followers, reflecting on the period post-divorce as one of growth and self-discovery. She candidly admitted, “I didn’t know how I was going to get through it, but I knew that somehow I would.”

In her post, she recognised her recent ex-boyfriend, Mike Goodnough, for helping her “feel love again”. Though they parted ways after ten months, she appreciated the role he played in her healing process.

Her past marriage to Eddie Van Halen, which ended in 2007, was notable. The legendary rock musician, who passed away in 2020, shared a son, Wolfgang, with Valerie.
