On Monday, Sarah Jessica Parker and her new co-star Logan Marshall-Green filmed their first scene together for the third season of And Just Like That.
Parker, 59, portrayed her iconic character Carrie Bradshaw, dressed in a nude long-sleeve Donna Karan top, a Maison Margiela denim skirt, and white Mary Janes.
The scene was set outside Carrie’s new four-bedroom, three-bathroom property near Gramercy Park.
Logan Marshall-Green, dressed in a grey ‘Dead Wait’ T-shirt and blue jeans, seemed to be bringing Carrie’s runaway cat Shoe back to her.
Marshall-Green interacted briefly with the cat, turning the grey tabby to face him before handing it to Parker’s character.
Parker, who adopted the cat named Lotus from the Connecticut Humane Society over a year ago, gave a smile of gratitude as she took the cat back in the scene.
The actors were spotted chatting and bonding between takes, with Logan known for his roles in The O.C., Spider-Man: Homecoming, and Big Sky.
Rumors are swirling about whether Marshall-Green’s character will be a new love interest for Carrie. This speculation grew when Parker was also seen dining with new recurring guest star Jonathan Cake.
Fans can expect more familiar faces in season three, including John Corbett, who will reprise his role as Aidan Shaw. In the season two finale, Aidan needed a break to focus on his troubled teenage son, prompting Carrie to sell her beloved apartment.
Season two also saw Cynthia Nixon’s Miranda Hobbes return to work and navigate post-breakup life, and Kristin Davis’s Charlotte York Goldenblatt balance work and home life.
The upcoming season will additionally feature Rosie O’Donnell, Jenifer Lewis, Cheri Oteri, Mehcad Brooks, Mario Cantone, David Eigenberg, Evan Handler, Christopher Jackson, Niall Cunningham, Cathy Ang, Alexa Swinton, Sebastiano Pigazzi, and Dolly Wells.
This new season promises exciting developments and familiar faces as the And Just Like That universe expands.
