Just after finishing a rigorous workout, Olivia Wilde was spotted in a casual yet chic two-piece outfit in Los Angeles.
Olivia, 40, flaunted her toned physique in a black cropped t-shirt and matching leggings. She completed her athletic look with sneakers and sunglasses, accessorizing with a black bag and water bottle. Her hair was pulled back into a high ponytail, and she added a touch of glam with a gold bracelet on her left wrist.
Olivia, who shares two children – son Otis, 10, and daughter Daisy, 7 – with ex Jason Sudeikis, recently shared a glimpse into their family life. She posted on Instagram, holding a note from Daisy that read, ‘I have a crush on nobody. I don’t need a boy.’ Olivia proudly captioned the story, ‘That’s my girl.’
In an earlier interview with People, Olivia opened up about her kids’ well-being post-split with Jason in 2020. ‘They’re so great,’ she said. ‘They’re huge and so healthy and happy. I already feel like they’re giant teenagers, but we’re having a lot of fun. They’re my best friends.’
Discussing their playful family dynamic, Olivia revealed that her children are ‘musicians and athletes’ who keep her busy. ‘We have so much fun. They both play drums and sing, and we’re a big karaoke family,’ she shared. As for their current playlist? ‘It’s wall-to-wall Taylor Swift, Olivia Rodrigo, and Billie Eilish. And now Daisy has brought in Dua Lipa, but we’re like Taylor first,’ she said.
Despite a challenging breakup, Olivia and Jason have found harmony in co-parenting. An insider shared with People that they are in a ‘good place’ and show no resentment regarding living arrangements or child custody. Both remain devoted parents, presenting a united front. Olivia confirmed this sentiment, saying, ‘My priority is them. As long as they’re happy and they’re healthy.’
Olivia also talked about the difficulties of co-parenting in the public eye on The Kelly Clarkson Show. ‘Reshaping a family is tricky,’ she said. ‘If you can surround them with so much love, then it’s OK. But it’s tricky because we’re not doing it in private.’
When it comes to her own well-being, Olivia admits she avoids public opinion by staying off social media. ‘I’m not on the internet, I’m not on Instagram,’ she said. ‘Focusing on what’s real, your trusted circle of friends, and what makes you happy is important.’
Olivia Wilde continues to inspire with her fit lifestyle and dedication to her family. Whether juggling co-parenting challenges or enjoying fun-filled moments with her kids, she remains a picture of grace and strength.
