Justin Theroux was spotted showing some love for Britney Spears as he took his dog, Kuma, for a walk in New York City recently.
The 52-year-old actor, known for his roles in ‘The White House Plumbers’ and ‘False Positive,’ kept it low-key but stylish during his stroll. Sporting a sleeveless Britney Spears concert T-shirt, distressed skinny jeans, and multi-toned sneakers, Justin also had a black billed hat and aviator sunglasses to complete the look. His dark beard was neatly trimmed, and he carried a backpack as he casually walked through the city.
Justin, who has been fostering dogs until they find their forever homes, adopted Kuma, a rescued pup, back in 2018. This time, he had Kuma’s leash tied around his waist while the dog sported an animal print collar.
His outing comes after a surprise appearance on Saturday Night Live in March, where he helped comedian Kyle Mooney get buff in a sketch. In a 2021 interview with Men’s Journal, Justin shared the importance of staying physically fit. ‘Fitness is extremely important, but like anyone, I almost always dread it,’ he admitted. ‘When I go for even short stretches without some form of movement, I find my mood and general mental health suffers.’ He added that exhausting oneself in a workout usually pays off later in the day by boosting mental and physical energy.
Justin’s fitness routine has evolved since his twenties. Initially, he stayed fit by walking around New York or riding his bike. Today, he still cycles around his hometown and works with simple weights to maintain muscle while aiming for a metabolic workout.
In his latest acting role, Justin had to shave his beard for his character Rory in ‘Beetlejuice Beetlejuice.’ Though not much is known about this mysterious role, fans can look forward to the spooky film’s release on September 6, just in time for Halloween.
Justin Theroux continues to balance his acting career and his passion for fitness and animal welfare effortlessly. With his latest role debuting soon, fans will undoubtedly be eager to see what’s next for him.
