Blake Lively has faced backlash for her reaction to a fan’s gift at the “It Ends With Us” London premiere.

In the viral footage, Lively is seen accepting a pink beaded bracelet from a fan. Despite thanking the fan, she promptly handed it off, explaining, “I’m going to put it here because it doesn’t go with my outfit, but I will wear it later.”

However, fans quickly pointed out that the bracelet indeed matched her pink earrings, making her actions appear dismissive. One viewer commented, “the way it actually FITS her whole outfit lmaooo,” while another compared Lively to Regina George, the notorious “Mean Girls” character.

Meanwhile, Isabela Ferrer, Lively’s co-star, graciously accepted a similar bracelet and immediately wore it. “Thank you! Oh my God, I’m going to put it on,” Ferrer said, earning her praise from fans.

This isn’t the first time Lively has come under fire recently. During the same press tour, she was criticised for focusing on her new haircare line and cocktail brand rather than talking about the film’s theme of domestic violence. Her co-star and director, Justin Baldoni, has been addressing this issue prominently.

Things escalated when a video resurfaced of Lively making a sarcastic joke in response to a serious question about the film’s themes. Reporter Jake Hamilton asked how fans could talk to her about the movie’s themes if they relate to them on a personal level. Lively replied, “Maybe asking for, like, my address, or my phone number. Or, like, location share?!”

The fallout has led to fans digging up past interviews, where they believe Lively came off as rude. Despite the backlash, Lively has yet to comment on the controversy.

Whether the negative attention will die down or continue to follow Blake Lively remains to be seen. Fans are still waiting for her to address the situation.
