Jedidiah and Katey Duggar’s world just got a little more crowded and a lot more joyful with the arrival of their twin girls.
Jedidiah, often referred to as Jed, and his wife Katey, are now proud parents of four. The couple, who tied the knot in April 2021, couldn’t contain their excitement as they announced the birth of their ‘beautiful’ twin daughters, Elsie Kate and Emma Kate.
‘We are thrilled to share the joyous news of the arrival of our twin daughters!’ the couple shared energetically. Elsie made her grand entrance on January 8, 2025, at 2:06 p.m., weighing 6 pounds, 14 ounces, swiftly followed by Emma at 2:13 p.m., weighing 7 pounds, 2 ounces, making their family complete.
Both girls are reportedly healthy and have already wrapped their tiny fingers around the hearts of their family. The proud parents shared delightful photos from the hospital, capturing Katey cradling Elsie and Emma while the newborns sported striped hats and pink-and-blue blankets.
Their older children, Truett, age 2, and Nora, age 1, are equally excited, eagerly welcoming their new sisters. Jedidiah and Katey’s Instagram was abuzz with a flurry of images featuring the siblings as they posed for their first family photo as a unit of six.
